  1. Shipping Time does not include a 2-3 days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
  2. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
  3. If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
  4. All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
  5. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

5. My orders is past the estimated delivery time.

6. Why is my tracking information not working?

Please note that tracking information updates once the order has left our facility and has been picked up and scanned by the postal courier.

If you placed your order over 21 days ago and your tracking information is still not available please contact customer support here.

Be sure to have your order number and email that was used to make the purchase when contacting our support.

7. Return/Exchange Process.
  1. All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
  2. Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
  3. Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.
  4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at support@mythgardent.com to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

9. Order cancellation.

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us (support@mythgardent.com) and provide your order number and state the reason.

  1. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
  2. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
  3. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
  4. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

10. Didn't Receive Confirmation Email.

When an order is placed we immediately email you your receipt. This email (the confirmation email) also contains your order details.

If you did not receive your confirmation email please follow these steps:

  • Check your spam folder and other email accounts, especially if you checked out with PayPal.
  • If these don’t work, please click here and contact us.
