  1. Shipping Time does not include a 2-3 days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
  2. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
  3. If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
  4. All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
  5. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?

We can’t shipped to PO boxes and military APO/ FPO.

Tracking Your Order

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information is not available please try again later. Note for taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
